Terms of sale.

We ship to addresses in the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

If your country is not listed, write to us before ordering — we can usually arrange it.

Delivery is free on every order. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the same day.

Typical transit is 2–4 working days within the EU and 4–7 working days elsewhere. Every shipment is tracked and requires a signature.

Prices shown include VAT for EU destinations. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Listen for up to 60 nights. If TESOUND ONE is not for you, tell us within that window and we will arrange a free return.

The trial is for the product being used as intended. Return it with the case and cable, in a condition that reflects normal listening.

Write to us with your order reference and we will send a prepaid label and instructions.

Once the unit arrives and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Every TESOUND ONE carries a two-year warranty, extendable to five on registration. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, not accidental damage or normal wear.

Statutory rights under local consumer law apply in addition to this warranty and are not affected by it.
